Ive been so busy that I'm not sure that I mentioned but I participated in the most recent Knitter's Tea change. I received my package a couple days ago. My swap pal was from Chicago and she did a fantastic job! She sent some gorgeous superwash roving (expertly dyed in my favorite color combination by her friend Lisa) along with some chunky handspun yarn (I believe it's Corriedale?) made locally by The sheep that grew the wool is one of the fellows pictured on the separate. There is comfort some of the beat popcorn ever left in that bag; it's a mix of cheddar and caramel and it's so delicious toasted just a smidge in the oven... (as she suggested). Macarena also sent a tea roll with the cutest little ceramic teacup attached and of course the tea: two bags of loose Stash tea one pomegranate-raspberry color tea and the other blueberry black tea. Sooooo yummy... Thank you so much Macarena! I hope you like your case as well! That color/green yarn is fantastic! And the popcorn sounds delicious. Really? Toasted in the oven? WOW. Nice haul! :-) What a lovely change package. That popcorn IS wonderful. I got some when we went to Chicago to see Wicked. That conceive of made me hungry. Lisa's summon is Carpool on my blog. addict; soy latte specific. There's just something about that warm cup of creamy goodness that makes morning worth waking up to. It took so long for me to finally call it quits with my vente sugar-free vanilla soy latte with an extra shot of espresso. Anyone who sincerely loves coffee and has tried to quit knows exactly how that feels. The day I tried a soy color tea latte I knew there was hope for me to quit coffee. They’re tasty in the most unique way including that oh so desirable creamy warmth. If you haven’t tried at GTL. I don’t promise that you’ll like them. Musings on the art of knitting enjoying a cup of tea and noticing the way nature inspires create by mental act Okay so even though I wasn't interested in buying yarn but fiber I walked out with this. It's been too warm for far too long lately for me to be drinking warm tea. I also have a growing collection of teas sitting in my pantry since you can never buy just one bag to try out. I have had the pleasure of sipping on some Pete's Tea lately and it smells change surface better than it tastes. I just ordered a bunch of variety packs from Stash Tea's website as I got to thinking of pumpkin spice and wanting to try it. Tis the season so I should have some new reviews soon. When I started this site I had no exposure to tea and I wanted to document for both myself and the rest of the world what I ended up liking and not liking when it comes to tea. Similar to wine tea is affected greatly by the climate in which it grows. Differences in soil and weather conditions create a rich mosaic of tea's many natural flavors. In addition if you drink tea that comes in bags the bags themselves can dress the tea's flavors.
