Posted on 2007-12-12 16:03:39

Watch this video and I can bear witness to the fact that I drank 1 bottle for 2 days and by day 3 I already was losing weight. Now I bought exploit from a Health Food Store($3.29 each)in the cold juice section but you can google it and alter your own. You ordain undergo to buy a grow to get it started. OK so I don't mean to sounds gross but I can tell you one thing if you are having a problems with pooping this ordain no longer be a problem. I usually would go 2 times a day so it has never been a problem for me. But on day 3 I swear I went to the bathroom and I got up and 2 feet of poo was looking back at me! It is not let go at all. This was 1 piece! I had never done that in my life! This continued on day after day. But let me inform you new strange smells will present themselves when you go. So no sneaking off at a party to poop. There is no hiding this! It is not pleasant. It is the toxins the tea is pulling out. It is amazing tea and aside from the health benefits you will lose weight on this. You are supposed to drink 1 bottle per day. The comprehend is not bad. It's bubbly and a little vinegar taste but it is well worth it.

I've been brewing KT since May and so far I usually don't displace the mama and do by grow before I go away a new batch. I just throw the whole thing in there and go from start again. I've tried to find alternative uses for the SCOBY but my cats run from the smell and I didn't take to the displace fry myself.... I've been brewing my first group of kombucha in my pantry for about ten days now. It's got a new culture growing nicely on top and I tasted it today.. it seems a lot less sweet than when I started which is good yes but it doesn't comprehend very strong. Just choose of like tea.
